This is a set of 7 Matheson Flow Controllers and 12 Mass Flowmeters. Most of these units are brand new. If you are performing hostile gas testing, environmental gas testing, semiconductor low flow rates with high concentration in chlorine, hydrogen sulfide, Sulfur dioxide and nitrogen dioxide, then these meters are for you. The controllers go from 0 to 20 sccm.
